Wild Hearts Natural Horsemanship Blog

Celena Delaney is a 20-something mother, entrepreneur, and aspiring horseman. She began playing with natural horsemanship in 2005, and it has taken her to a deeper level of understanding and joy in her relationships—not just with her horses, but also with her family and friends. She endeavors to maintain the attitude that (in Oscar Wilde's words) "life is too important to be taken seriously," and her sense of fun certainly keeps life interesting for everyone around her—occasionally a little too interesting, some might argue.

In addition to being part of the creativity behind Super Natural Horses, Celena is the co-owner of Heartwood Horses, a horse training and coaching business where horses and riders receive a solid foundation that enables them to become confident, adaptable and eager partners. In her free time ... never mind, she doesn’t have any free time.

Celena lives in Kamloops, BC with an ever-expanding herd of horses, a cat named Charlie who is at least 80% canine, her young son Ben, her sister Anna-Marie, and, occasionally, her husband Curtis.
