What position do you assume when longeing/circling your horse?

Maintain my position and expect them to maintain the circle.
The V position that is common to English riding.
Use driving pressure from behind.
Something else and I just might comment if I feel like it.

If you get frustrated during training, do you

Walk away from the horse and punch something solid?
Start getting mad at the horse?
Pull on your hair and scream?
Stop and take a couple of deep breaths then begin again?
Or put your horse away and try again tomorrow?

It fits - it is horsemanship that is natural to horses

I had a difficult horse.
I wasn't enjoying horses anymore.
I could tell that my horse wasn't happy.
